What's The Difference Between The Growth Partnership And The Two Retainers Separately?

The retainers cover one lane each. The Partnership covers everything you pick from the service list, which is where email, retention, community management, and UGC programs live. You also get double the organic volume, a dedicated strategist, a weekly strategy call, and a weekly report instead of a monthly one. The 10% on ad spend is the same either way. If you prefer separate vendors managing each piece, the standalone retainers cover ads and social cleanly.

Do You Require A Minimum Ad Spend?

Yes. $8K / month is the floor for Starter. Below that, the management fee eats more than the spend does and the account never gets enough signal for testing to pay off, so we'll usually recommend the Creative Production Sprint instead. Growth runs $15K to $50K. Scale picks up above $50K, where the rate on spend drops from 10% to 8% because volume does the work.

Why Does The Partnership Say "Starting At"?

Because the service list is a menu, not a fixed bundle. $12,500 covers paid media, organic, and creative. Layering on email, retention, community management, or a UGC program moves the number. We scope it on the call and quote one price you can hold us to.

How Long Am I Locked In?

Three months on every retainer and on the Partnership. Nothing we do shows a real read in 30 days. Paid needs a testing cycle, organic needs a compounding one. After the three months it runs month to month.

Can I Move From A Project Into A Retainer?

Yes. Most of our retainer clients started with a Launch Campaign or a Sprint. The project fee gets credited toward the first month if you sign a retainer within 30 days.

Who Owns The Content You Produce?

You do. All raw files, edits, and final assets transfer to you on delivery.
